SAP
This connector allows connecting to SAP ECC, S/4 HANA or SAP Public Cloud instances, either on-premise or RISE instances. We support two ways of communication:
- ODATA v2
- RFC (NOCA Connector required, available for ECC and S4)
If you wish to get the best of our deep integration with SAP, please request a demo to see what can be achieved with NOCA connector.
Basic settings
In order to establish an SAP connection we will require:
- Hostname (reachable from external network)
- Port
- Systrem ID
- Client number
- Language (optional)
Authentication
You can choose between several authentication options:
- Basic (username / password)
- OAuth
Basic functionality
Once you connect your SAP instance, we will scan all available ODATA services and provide a list of all entities and CRUD actions available. After the training is complete, you will be able to perform setups easily through a CoPilot, or alternatively bind things manually.
Extended functionality (NOCA connector)
For a deeper integration with your SAP we recommend installing our NOCA connector, that will expose all RFC functions and enable building configurations of any complexity. Request a demo to see what can be achieved with NOCA connector.
In order to define NOCA connector please perform the following:
- Enable ZNOCA ODATA service on your SAP host
- Add a system vairable through STVARV with your NOCA token (can be obtained in your back office)
- Setup a new HTTP connection through SM59 called 'NOCA' pointing to relevant NOCA environment
